Mövenpick expands in Hua Hin with rebranding to Mövenpick Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin

The escapists’ beachfront playground, Hua Hin, where you won’t be crowded out with other annoying tourists is the scene of total decadence, French bourgeois and aromatic tastes of Thai cuisine. The former Asara Villa & Suite Hua Hin has been rebranded and totally refurbished under the umbrella of Mövenpick. It is now known as the “Mövenpick Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin”.

Dipping its toes in the Gulf of Thailand and bedecked with seafood shacks on its golden shoreline, Mövenpick has woven its magic to create a casual ambience of lush gardens, luxurious low-rise guest suites and two crystal clear swimming pools to splash in, if you aren’t into wallowing in the sea.

Gail Palethorpe is a self-confessed travel junky and caffeine addict with a penchant for the finer things in life such as expensive wine, designer labels and decadent fluffy pillows to lay her head on at night. Having lived in Thailand for numerous years, she is a bit of an avid hotel bed sleuth where the sheet thread count rivals the depth of the bathtub, free standing of course, and whether there is a rubber duck to play with. It is always those extra touches that win her over.
