Starwood growth propelled by Specialty Select brands

Starwood Hotels & Resorts have announced 132 new hotel deals this year, up 89% from last year. Element Hotels have signed 35 hotels this year, more than double their total from 2015. And Four Points have also doubled their total with 45 hotels. It is expected that all three will reach an all time high in incremental annual global signing levels, and are standouts in the market due to widespread appeal.
- The speciality select brands- Aloft, Four Points and Element are propelling Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ global growth by signing more than a hundred new hotel deals.
- Senior Vice President, North America Development feels that the distinct positioning of brands has made them favored choice among North American owners and developers.
