
Pattaya to get first MGallery branded property with 50 storey Waterfront Suites & Residences.
Luxury property developer Tulip Group have announced a partnership agreement with Accor, parent company of Sofitel, So Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and MGallery hotels to manage the prestigious Waterfront project at Bali Hai in Pattaya. The property will be operated under the MGallery brand. Waterfront Suites and Residences will be the 6th MGallery property in Thailand.
With a meticulous modern design and striking avant-garde exterior, this new member of the MGallery Collection will change the landscape of Pattaya. We are proud of this new partnership and would like to thank Tulip Group for their trust in choosing to work with us.

Waterfront Suites and Residence will comprise of a 300-room world class condominium and an MGallery hotel of 120 upscale guestrooms. The property will be a stunning addition to the Pattaya skyline with its high tech design and location directly next to the famous neon “Pattaya” sign. Waterfront Pattaya hotel was scheduled to open first quarter 2015, but has faced some troubles with city hall and are currently awaiting the issuance of their construction license.
