Hyatt are rapidly expanding their portfolio in Thailand with new Hyatt Regency announcement.
It may be a little early still to make a reservation but it’s not too early to mark your calendars. Plans have been announced to build a new Hyatt Regency in the center of bustling Bangkok. The hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2017, will be part of a mixed-use development that will include high-end and luxury brand shopping and a luxury residential tower.

The Hyatt Regency Bangkok, Sukhumvit is slated to include many top-end details all designed by the well-known Thai architecture firm Office of Bangkok Architects and PIA Interior Co., LTD. whose work can be seen at many recent high-end properties including Okura Prestige, Sofitel Sukhumvit, Sofitel So Bangkok, Renaissance Rajaprasong, Hotel Muse and Anatara Resort Samui.
Spread throughout the hotel will be 300 guestrooms including 26 spacious suites. Amenities will include a club lounge, six-treatment room spa, fitness center and swimming pool. Guests will be able to select from two restaurant options- a multi-cuisine restaurant and a specialty restaurant and bar.
In addition, the Hyatt Regency Bangkok, Sukhumvit will feature more than 1,000 square meters of meeting space for large events and special gatherings.
The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit will be located on Sukhumvit Soi 13. That’s perfectly positioned in the city’s business district near offices of major international companies. In addition, it’s near the Asok BTS skytrain station, which will whisk travelers to the sites, shopping and attractions of Thailand’s capitol city.
This will be the first Hyatt Regency property in Bangkok and is a strategic move for Hyatt, which is working to distribute their brand in one of Asia’s most integral markets. Hyatt Regency will become the fourth Hyatt property in Thailand along with the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and the highly anticipated Park Hyatt Bangkok, which is slated to open in 2014.
Worldwide, Hyatt Regency hotels are located in urban, airport, convention, resort and suburban destinations. Property sizes soar up to 2,000 rooms in some areas. There’s little doubt the new Hyatt Regency Bangkok, Sukhumvit will be able to handle tourists, conventions and business travelers with practiced experience.

I plan to purchase a condo and most likely at Sukhumvit 13. Can you kindly help to answer the following questions?
1. Is Hyatt Regency a part of Hyde Condo?
2. Is there a connecting bridge link BTS Nana station to Hyatt Regency hotel?
Your answer will help me decide on the purchasing of the condo.
Thanks,
Michael
