Citidines Grand Central Sri Racha

Sri Racha located in the Gulf of Thailand, halfway between Chonburi and the playground of Pattaya, is where Ascott’s 10th branded property, Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha will open on the 15th January, 2015.
Known for its serviced residences, this will be the first international branded one in Sri Racha and with opening rates of THB 2,499++, the property promises to please both the savvy tourist and the business traveler.
Positioned in the heart of the city, the property is surrounded by retail outlets, restaurants, medical facilities and international schools. Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha is also within easy access to the Laem Chabang Port and Industrial Estates, with Pattaya only half an hour away for when it is time to play after doing some business.
On offer are 136 well appointed studios or one or two bedroom apartments fully serviced and styled with a vibrant flair, each apartment is the ultimate in comfort. Spacious kitchens with separate work and living areas complete a picture of swish modern urban design. Each apartment has all of those necessary kitchen must haves to whip up a culinary treat if you so desire. Ensuite bathrooms, telephone with IDD facility, LCD television with cable channels and an electronic safe are all available. For the workaholics or those that just want to surf the net, Wi-Fi Internet access is complimentary throughout the building. A fully equipped gymnasium, a sauna and an outdoor rooftop pool take care of those in need of either a fitness workout or just a “time out” session of relaxation.
Short term or long term stays suit every individuals’ needs with optional inclusions such as daily breakfast, dry cleaning service, meal delivery for when you don’t wish to cook or get out of your pj’s and private car parking is available. Add to this a 24-hour reception with on-site security and key card access system, you can be assured of an ultra comfortable and safe environment.
