“Trilogy” has indoor and outdoor dining with a show-off kitchen specializing in Modern Thai, Tuscan and contemporary European cuisines. “Indulge,” says it all, as it is where you can find jazz or soul music, Mediterranean tapas and vintage whiskeys, brandies and fat cigars. Catch the sea breezes at “VU” whilst sipping on a cocktail and listening to chill out music, or stuff yourself silly at the rooftop barbeque of succulent seafood or tender meat cooked to order.
