Dusit launches hospitality school with fully integrated hotel in Manila

A state-of-the-art hospitality school with an upmarket hotel is being set up by Dusit International in Manila.

Dusit’s Group CEO Ms Suphajee Suthumpun presided over the launch event for the Dusit Hospitality Management College (DHMC), with a fully integrated hotel, the dusitD2 The Fort, Manila.

The college, slated to be ready next year, will provide education and training in keeping with the highest international standards. Ecole Hoteliere de Lousanne (EHL), will certify the degree programmes and professional advancement and culinary programmes will be made available by working together with the Institut Paul Bocuse.

The facilities such as practical kitchens, restaurants, function rooms and recreational facilities, that will be offered will be of world class.

DHMC’s launch assumes a lot of significance as it proclaims Dusit’s firm resolve to develop more and more quality educational programmes to lend necessary support towards meeting the growing requirements of the industry, Ms Suthumpun said.
