Farewell Four Seasons Bangkok

In March 2015, the iconic Four Seasons Bangkok will come under the flagship of Anantara, being rebranded as the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel & Spa and is being touted as the flagship hotel of this prestigious group.

Situated in Rajadamri, Siam District, within close proximity to the famous Lumphini Park that dates back to the 1920’s, the favorite area for Bangkokians to unleash their inner exercise mode, the area is a peaceful haven from the hectic cacophonous space of Bangkok.  With an area of more than half a million square meters, Lumphini Park is a showcase of local tropical flora and fauna in which to indulge yourself in moments of sanity and tranquility, if the hectic pace of jogging or cycling does not appeal to you.  Opposite the hotel is the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and it is handy to the business heart of Bangkok, whilst nightlife and shopping for the diehards is all within the locale.

Aiming for both the business and leisure traveler, the 354 room hotel will have a ballroom for up to 400 guests, 7 restaurants and bars, outdoor pool, a spa and of course for the gym junkies, a gym full of the newest hi-tech gadgets to give you a good workout.

The current General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai will be packing her bags and moving over to head the team at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel & Spa and with her comes exceptional experience and knowledge to run this luxurious property.  Having been built in 1978, it was launched as a Peninsula Hotel before changing hands to the Regent brand in 1982.  Four Seasons took over the management of the hotel after acquiring Regent Hotels in 1992.  The Minor Hotel Group is investing a significant amount of capital into the hotel to guarantee the discerning traveler an experience of utter luxury and comfort.
