The St Regis Bangkok has a new wellness program that features Thai boxing with an actual boxing ring. The program will be overseen by Boonsanong Borchae, who has over 15 years of Thai boxing experience and also has a degree in sports science. The boxing sessions are customized towards helping beginners. The sessions focus on the precision and safety of the boxing. The sessions will cost $44 for guests of the St Regis Bangkok and $63 for non-guests. St Regis Bangkok is the second (that I know of) Bangkok luxury hotel with a Muay Thai boxing ring- the stunning The Siam has had a ring since it opened a few years ago.
- St. Regis Bangkok has added Thai boxing (Muay Thai) to its fitness programme options.
- Customized training sessions are available for all fitness levels, with a focus on precision and safety.
- F-EMS training burns more than 1,000 calories in 25 minutes
“As an added fitness option, F-EMS training at the ELEMIS Spa provides a full-body workout to tone and shape the body.”
