Booking via the app, digital check-in, specific room selection and keyless entry with the help of device are some of the facilities that Hilton’s Digital Key initiative has made possible during its maiden year.
While Digital Key has helped its members to open more than two million doors at 400 US hotels having state-of-the-art technology, room selection and digital check-in feature has been used for more than one million times in a month.A specific iPad app, real-time chart with hotel staff within the app and multiple keys to enable others sharing the room to gain access to the digital.
