March 2017 saw the grand opening of Mövenpick’s second property in the sultry capital of Bangkok, Thailand. Its first foray into the serviced apartment concept in Asia, The Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai Bangkok promises not to disappoint long-term leisure or business travelers for sumptuous comfort in a contemporary style.

The Ekkamai neighborhood, an expat enclave is known for its hip and dynamic buzz is where you can indulge in some of the hottest nightspots, bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping malls in Bangkok. Stylish Ekkamai’s busy location is on the main stretch of Sukhumvit Road where you can enjoy some live jazz and sip a cocktail or two at Iron Fairies, 500 different types of beer await at Wishbeer Home Bar and sipping espresso at Ink and Lion is an art form for the serious caffeine addict or munching down some Blackened Crab Cakes at Bourbon Street Restaurant and Oyster Bar is de rigueur. There are so many bars and restaurants in this area that it almost makes a kitchen in your palatial unit redundant.
