New Hotel Opening announcements in Asia This week

The US$446 million Wyndham Soleil Da Nang hotel by Wyndham Hotel Group will be the city’s tallest building standing at 199m at its tallest point; it is a massive 3,200-key, 57-storey, four-tower condotel complex in Danang’s Son Tra district. Set to open in 2018.
The Westin Jakarta is the highest hotel in Indonesia occupying floors 50 to 69 of the Gama Tower in the Kuningan CBD. It has 275 rooms and 3,000 sq.m of function space in the first two floors.
The Oakwood Apartments Ho Chi Minh City by Oakwood Asia Pacific is a luxury hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, it will offer 68 units ranging from studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with facilities such as gym, swimming pool, lounge and restaurant.
The Le Méridien Putrajaya by Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is a 353 room luxury hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The classic European design rooms and suits, 15 venue for business meeting and conference, a 2,500 sq.m grand ballroom are some of the unique features.
The Conrad Xiamen is a 241 guest rooms and suites located 22km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. It occupies 37th to 54th floors of the 300m tall Shimao Straits Tower. A 24 hours health club, indoor pool with sea view, a spa with F&B options, 2,000 sq.m flexible meeting space, 760 sq.m ballroom are some of its amenities.
