New Novotel to Open on Beaches of Phuket

Accor is bringing their brand of style and service to Southern Thailand in late summer of this year.
The Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is scheduled to open in August 2013 on the beach at Kamala. The 174 guestroom property will feature all the anticipated amenities plus a few extras like some seriously sweet bonuses for families.
The Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach features eight suites and 166 non-smoking rooms. 30 square meter Superior King rooms boast en-suite rain showers, private balconies, flat screen televisions and free WIFI. Suites offer sweeping views of the ocean and beach, two private balconies, lounge areas, separate bathtubs and rain showers, espresso machines, IPOD docks, flat screen televisions and free WIFI. Rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with all the modern comforts.
Families will appreciate special attentions and amenities offered by the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach, especially the policy allowing up to two children to stay in parents’ or grandparents’ rooms for free as well as complimentary buffet breakfasts for kids. Upon arrival, families receive a special welcome as well as a personalized gift. There are convivial family rooms for two adults and two children and a balanced children’s menu at mealtimes. In addition, Sunday departures will be given a wonderfully late checkout of 5:00 PM to allow maximum time for play at the special kids’ area and video game area.
When it comes to public recreation spaces, the hotel boasts a swimming pool, whirlpool bath, In-Balance Spa and gym. Restaurant choices range from international selections at The Square and Soul Kitchen to beachside bar Lilo to rooftop bar On The Roof to modern bar The Living Room. The hotel can also organize meetings and large-scale events for groups and offers wedding services.
The Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is located 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The beach is just steps away and cultural experiences like the Phuket Aquarium and Kamala Bay are nearby. Phuket Fantasea and Kamala Village are just a few minutes away.
