White is the New Black at Nikki Beach Hotel & Spa Phuket
There are times when all-white isn’t appropriate: a Western-style wedding where you’re not the bride, a rib-eating contest, most exercises not involving a tennis racquet. Then there are times where it’s luxe and posh and perfectly fitting. The Nikki Beach Hotel & Spa Phuket seems to have that fine line down pat. On the 1st of July 2013 they opened their new property adorned in all-white sun beds, draperies and linens in southern Thailand’s famed beach locale.
Soft opening for Centara’s latest property near Chinatown and Hualumphong Train Station.
Feel like traveling to Thailand and getting to experience two countries in one trip? A newly soft-opened property in the Centara brand’s value portfolio offers families, couples, singles and groups of friends the chance to explore both Thailand’s capital city and the city-within-a-city of Bangkok’s Chinatown. It’s a perfect locale from which to experience the smells, sights, tastes and languages of both fascinating places.

Amari is about to let go of a massive Bangkok property and the Minor Hotel Group is standing by to snap it up.
Starting October 1, 2013, MHG will assume the management contract of the Amari Atrium Bangkok and rebrand it as the first Avani hotel in Thailand following an extensive remodel in all public areas and guestrooms.
A few years back, Hawaii-based Outrigger Hotels and Resorts announced an agreement to acquire the massive 245-room Laguna Beach Resort in Phuket.
It was the company’s first major investment in the Asia-Pacific region. Also announced was a full renovation of all rooms and public spaces with a plan to reopen as the Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort in 2013. That day has officially arrived and guests are welcome to book at the rebranded property on the northwest coast of Phuket.
