Due to the influx of wealthy residents to Thailand, the Thai government has a new visa investment program. Thailand offers wealthy immigrants better business opportunities and tax structures while living in a warm climate with beautiful landscape and several leisure facilities. There are three types of elite visas to choose from. Elite Easy Access is good for business access and costs around 15,000 dollars. The Elite Privilege Access is good for families and is good for ten years. The a Elite a Ultimate Privilege is a 20 year resident visa with a larger fee and yearly maintenance fee. The ultra wealthy no matter what reason, could apply for one of these visas to gain resident status.
