Trustyou is the hotel guest feedback platform and it has done phenomenal so far in the year of 2016. It has been thriving and this is partially due to how Google is assisting the company as it is powering much of Google Maps. This has allowed the company to directly compete with big name brands such as TripAdvisor.
Key Points:
- TrustYou, the hotel guest feedback platform, has had a big 2016 already.
- Since last winter, it has been powering the entire Google Search and Google Maps hotel score infrastructure, meaning that its TrustScore powers every star rating on Google for hotels.
- Earlier this summer, TrustYou acquired Checkmate, a real-time messaging specialist for hotels to communicate with guests, for an undisclosed sum.
