This July there will be a new kid on the beautiful block of beaches in Thailand. The Sentido Graceland Khao Lak is all about letting guests enjoy their vacation on their own terms. We’re talking about early check-ins and late check-outs to squeeze in every minute of fun, extended breakfasts for those who like to sleep in and refreshments upon arrival. Hotel management is hoping these little extras plus a range of activates and entertainment will keep guests coming back year after year.
The Sentido Graceland Khao Lak is situated on Bangsak beach along the coastline of Phang Nga, about 83 kilometers north of Phuket International Airport. This distance guarantees an unspoiled, private getaway away from the crowds with views that stretch for miles. Spread throughout the property are 338 rooms, including 22 villas.
Because the resort is still under construction, official photos have yet to be released, however conceptual designs show rooms decorated in contemporary Thai style with clean white linens and dramatic pops of bright color. Villas have wooden coffered ceilings and some feature four-poster beds with mosquito netting. All rooms have private balconies overlooking the pool or ocean in addition to all the amenities one expects at a resort the quality of the Sentido Graceland Khao Lak.
When it comes time for fun, the resort offers the chance to experience Thai adventures with cooking classes and Muay Thai Boxing lessons. There are also outdoor adventures like mountain biking, tennis, squash and two swimming pools with water aerobics. The resort’s holiday concierge can also arrange jungle treks, white water rafting, jeep safaris and elephant treks. In case of too much sun, the resort interior boasts a games room, four bowling lanes and pool and snooker tables.
Food and drinks will be available from 6 AM- 11 PM. Options include an Italian steak and grill eatery, a waterside restaurant serving Thai classics and a buffet-style venue serving international fusion dishes. Two swim up pool bars offer drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to beat the heat as well as snacks.
