X2 Vibe Buriram set to open

The latest addition to the X2 Vibe portfolio (pronounced “Cross two”), X2 Vibe Buriram is for the younger set – think price point without breaking the bank – who wish to have the sleek and contemporary stay of a 5 star hotel. It is funky and sleek with a racetrack feel of diagonals and checkered soft furnishings.
Located a mere 10 minutes from the city of Buriram, when translated means the “city of happiness”, it is really close to the Chang International Raceway Circuit, the Buriram United Football stadium and only 15 minutes from the Khao Kradong Golf Club.
This is the first property for the Bangkok-based BHMAsia Group in the northeast of Thailand. Ranked as a 3.5 star property, the vibe and amenities are anything but that ranking. Not only the sporting enthusiasts will love a stay here, but those seeking a real Thai cultural experience will be captured, as the city is an enclave of ancient Khmer culture overflowing with more than 60 sandstone sanctuaries to explore dating back to the 10th-13th Centuries.
Design driven, as are the signature X2 hotels in general, X2 Buriram when it opens in mid 2016 will have 68 unique suites in 3 different styles over 5 stories. More boutique and definitely not hum drum, this hip place will feature a swimming pool for when the sticky heat becomes overwhelming, meeting facilities for those wishing to do some business, a cafe to grab something to eat and a rooftop bar with expansive city views for when you want to chill out far from the maddening crowd below you.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, self-parking, concierge services, a 24-hour front desk, a fitness center and even a children’s pool for those with little ones in tow. Conveniently located next to a shopping mall and supermarkets, it is the perfect base to explore this unique area of Thailand.
There will be 56 Deluxe Rooms, 10 Grand Deluxe Pool Access and 2 one-bedroom suites on offer, all of generous proportions. The lobby promises to be the new hip and sexy place to catch up with friends, whilst the rooftop bar will be the venue to be seen hosting private and special events.
The rooms are built surrounding the central infinity swimming pool with the ground floor guest rooms having direct access and private patio areas to swan around on. All the rooms are vibrant, young and energetic in feel with an eclectic approach to the decor. The usual luxury amenities are on offer with minibars, in-room service, refrigerators, free bottled water and coffee makers for the caffeine lover’s abuse.
X2 Vibe comes under the umbrella of the lifestyle hotel brand CrossTo (X2), promising its guests luxury that is affordable and accessible with unique service attributes befitting the young and energetic traveler who wants it all.
